I think that the owner of this dog should be arrested for letting his dog get into this horrible state unless it was abandoned and then I think that the owner should get fined because you have got to take great care of your pet and not abuse it because then it gets all scared and lonely so I absolutely think that is NOT OKAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! well with me diffidently I am a huge animal lover!!!!!

This is just horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a big animal lover and cannot believe something like this can happen to an animal. I know it happens everyday out there soooooooooooo sad. People if we are going to get pets lets give them the care and love they need. If you dont have the time and finances to care for a pet then dont get one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Little guy may you rest in peace, So sad, lisa in kansas city
